Do you want to kickstart your career in Marketing? Our client operates the regulated markets of cities across Europe, and are searching for a dynamic and talented Marketing Intern! This is a 12 month internship paying £27K. This role is hybrid with 3 days at the office in Central London. This internship will start in the beginning of Jan 2025.About the Company:Our client is the leading pan-European market infrastructure, connecting local economies to global capital markets, to accelerate innovation and sustainable growth. It operates regulated exchanges in Belgium, France, Ireland, The Netherlands, Norway and Portugal and a large representative office in London as well as a New York based Foreign Exchange ECN.Through a large range of products, services and technologies they bring together buyers and sellers in venues that are transparent, efficient and reliable, addressing the needs of all market participants: SMEs and blue chips, retail and institutional investors, buy-side and sell-side, brokers and market makers, long-only and high frequency traders. Their Core mandate is to power pan-European capital markets to finance the real economy.The department you will be working in is the Global Sales Marketing department. You will support the Marketing team in the development and delivery of marketing activities of the Secondary Markets business within the Global Sales marketing team, over the period of a year.The Role:

  • Co-ordinate and fulfil requests for marketing support from internal / external departments, PR agency, translation agency, print and goodies suppliers, etc. from across Europe, UK and US
  • Assist in the research, planning and execution of marketing campaigns under the direction and supervision of the marketing managers.
  • Create marketing campaigns (emailings/newsletters, invitations, etc.) in the CRM and track performances
  • Website updates, optimisation and SEO
  • Assist in production of marketing collateral: brochures, PPT decks, advertisements, videos, etc.
  • Event coordination in London and abroad (seminars, trade shows, networking receptions…)
  • Assist in running paid online advertisement (LinkedIn, Google…).
  • Seek and analyse competitor marketing on social media and online
  • Any other duties, which may from time to time be assigned

About You:

  • Completing or have completed a degree in a related field such as Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration
  • Passion for learning and growing in the marketing field
  • Curious to learn about the world of financial markets
  • Demonstrated communication and creative skills (educational examples accepted)
  • Some experience on a CRM system, preferably Dynamics 365
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience
  • A good understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Ability to work well in a team and with colleagues from across the globe
  • Organised and meticulous
