About the Role

They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, and engage their growing customer base. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive the success of their marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote their premium snack products
  • Manage digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and website content
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling brand campaigns
  • Analyse marketing performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches

What You'll Need to Succeed

You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for food and marketing. You have at least two years of experience in a marketing role within the food and beverage industry.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and external partners
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with an eye for emerging industry trends
  • Strategic thinking balanced with attention to detail in campaign execution
