About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive with a strong focus on Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social to join our team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of performance marketing while working closely with a talented digital team.

Key Responsibilities

  • PPC Management: Set up, optimise, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Paid Social: Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X campaigns.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise to improve ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Identify and target the right audiences for maximum engagement and conversions.
  • A/B Testing: Run creative, copy, and landing page tests to improve performance.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms to maximize results.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

? Any Experience in Paid Media Internships welcome

? Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.

? Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

? Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
