The Role

We’re looking for a PPC Senior Executive to join our growing digital team. You’ll play a key role in planning, activating, and optimising paid search and shopping campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. This is perfect for someone with solid experience looking to step up, have more ownership, and work closely with clients.

You’ll report into the Paid Media Manager and work across a mix of ecommerce and lead-gen accounts, driving results and testing new ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and optimising paid search & shopping campaigns in Google & Microsoft Ads

  • Managing budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple accounts

  • Writing engaging ad copy and testing creative variations

  • Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

  • Reporting on performance with clear insights and recommendations

  • Supporting on wider paid media strategy and cross-channel collaboration

  • Keeping up with platform updates and spotting new opportunities

What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in PPC (agency-side preferred)

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads & Google Analytics

  • Confident managing campaign structure, budgets, and reporting

  • Good with numbers and turning data into clear insight

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and up for a challenge

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Bonus if you’ve worked with shopping feeds, scripts, or GA4
