I am looking for a Paid Media Specialist with Paid Search and Paid Social marketing experience to join the team. Someone with a proven track record in strategising, setting up, optimising, and scaling high-performing ad campaigns for eCommerce, technology, and B2B brands.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for end to end campaign management and you will work across multiple Paid Search and Paid Social Channels - primarily Meta, Google Ads and Shopping, with a bonus for experience in Apple Search Ads and mobile app installs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute ad strategies tailored for conversions, lead generation, and app installs, focusing on key metrics like CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPI.
  • Tactics for Success: Implement advanced tactics for conversion improvement, optimising ROI and ROAS, and scaling ad spend.
  • Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects across diverse client types, ensuring high-quality performance across campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise tools and techniques to streamline workflows, constantly refining and optimizing ads for peak performance.

Your Skillset

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Extensive experience across channels, including search, social, and email marketing.
  • Scaling Performance: Demonstrated ability to scale ad budgets from £100 to £1000 daily while maintaining strong KPIs.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation & Post-Click Strategy: Deep understanding of CRO and the importance of optimising every step of the funnel, from click-through to conversion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in implementing tracking, setting up audiences, and leveraging data for optimisation.
  • Growth Mindset: You're always exploring new strategies and growth hacks to drive results.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work alongside creative and marketing professionals to craft campaigns that deliver.
