We’re on the hunt for a Paid Search Manager who knows their way around Google Ads
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the paid search function — end-to-end. Strategy, execution, optimisation, reporting — it’s your domain (pun intended). You’ll also work closely with our creatives and client leads to make sure every click counts and every campaign hits the sweet spot.
- Plan and build paid search campaigns that do the most
- Regularly optimise for juicy CTRs, healthy ROAS, and all the good acronyms
- Dive into data like it’s a swimming pool full of answers
- Test, tweak, and try new things — we're not here to play it safe
- Translate all that data into digestible, client-friendly insights
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience running paid search campaigns (preferably across multiple clients/verticals)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, and a solid grip on keywords, match types, bidding strategies, etc.
- Strong analytical skills — you like spreadsheets (it’s okay, this is a safe space)
- Comfortable writing a punchy ad or two when needed
- Up-to-date with trends, updates, and what’s keeping PPCs up at night
- A curious mind and collaborative spirit — no lone wolves, thanks
