Salary: £45-55K basic (dep on exp) + bonus + bens

New Paid Search Manager job! Are you an experienced performance marketing professional specialising in paid media? Do you have an analytical mindset, love working with data and Excel and have the ability to create engaging new campaign ads? Do you have in-house multi-channel performance marketing experience encompassing paid media (Google Ads, Bing and Meta/Facebook) and affiliate marketing? Key responsibilities of the Paid Search Manager:

· Implement and manage in-house paid media activities (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) and campaigns across the UK

· Develop campaign content roadmaps alongside the creative and tech teams.

· Responsible for optimisation of all paid media

· Regular reporting on and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns

· Drive and integrated marketing strategy and deliver on GMV, CAC and ROI targets

Requirements of the Paid Search Manager:

· Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in multi-channel performance marketing/digital marketing

· Specialism in Google Ads, Bing and Meta/Facebook - PMax/Performance Max experience is essential

· Strong Excel abilities and data and analytics skills

· Extensive experience on UK campaigns (international experience is an advantage)

· Able to work with in a sole role, proactive, adaptable and naturally hardworking
