Paid Social Manager
BEAUTY - YOU MUST HAVE WORKED PREVIOUSLY ON BEAUTY ACCOUNTS.
As the Paid Social Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights
- Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation
- Write compelling ad copy with strong hooks and CTAs
- Collaborate closely on creative strategy-you'll need a strong creative eye and an understanding of what resonates visually and emotionally with audiences
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience
- Comfortable managing Meta and/or TikTok ad accounts
- Confident & Innovative: You bring ideas to the table and love collaborating with clients
- Self-Motivated & Ambitious: You take initiative and are always looking to improve
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- A strong communicator and natural relationship builder
