  • Lead activation of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and XING, handling launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage and drive paid social strategy, involving various stakeholders, taking accountability for campaign management.
  • Mentor and train junior team members in campaign activation, outputs, and reporting.
  • Own and develop social strategies for diverse clients, emphasizing B2B, fostering innovation and exploring new channels.
  • Maintain campaign timelines, collaborate internally across teams, and liaise with social partners to exceed client expectations.

YouFor the role of Paid Social Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years B2B agency social media experience with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics, numeracy, and office software, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, a passion for social media, particularly in B2B marketing, and a track record in executing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Self-driven, innovative thinker with a history of leading client discussions, initiating new ideas, and enhancing workflows.
  • Demonstrated mentoring capabilities, adept at leading projects from inception to completion, possessing technical expertise and familiarity with various media channels and trafficking tools like CM360.
