BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with the addition of a proactive Paid Media Digital Marketing Executive.

Strong preference to candidates based in London who can do hybrid approach. Also open to remote with occasional travel for those in wider UK.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 1 or more major advertising platforms and familiarity with others (Meta/Google Ads/Apple Ads/AppsFlyer), with experience of running campaigns on these platforms. The candidate must understand tracking technology, and work with other team members to drive the implementation of promotions, ads, and landing pages from conception through to go live.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience working in a similar digital performance marketing role. Gambling / Sports Betting / Gaming Industry or Mobile App Download marketing experience is a plus but is not essential for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-value strategy and execution of paid performance media across Google,, Facebook, Apple Ads, and other media channels.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of paid media tactics to optimise advertising performance.
  • Execution of Campaigns, Ad Sets and Ads within advertising platforms.
  • Devising creative briefs for ad and landing page creative, and working with creative partners to drive creative production.
  • Measuring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance against key performance objectives.
  • Manage A/B testing of creative, ad messaging and targeting.
  • Optimising campaigns on a regular basis using campaign and internal performance data to improve performance.
  • Researching competitive activity to ensure best practices and follow trends.
  • Measuring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance.

  • An interest in Sports (Including Football, Horse Racing, and other sports).
