We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-time Marketing Specialist to support the marketing initiatives of our international Insurtech client. You will be responsible for managing marketing collateral, overseeing website content, handling social media channels, and crafting compelling copy to drive brand engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience from B2B Insurtech or Fintech and a passion for B2B marketing. This role can be based from their Central London office or remotely with occasional face to face days. 3-4 days per week considered or 20+ hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations

  • Oversee website content management, ensuring updates are timely and relevant

  • Manage and grow media presence across social and business platforms

  • Write engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including blog posts, email campaigns, and website content

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation

  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain brand consistency

  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role within a B2B Insurtech or Fintech company.

  • Strong skills in marketing collateral development and website management

  • Experience managing social media channels in a B2B environment

  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for UK market

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and social media analytics
