We have a dog-friendly office and a well-stocked snack bar.Role BriefThe Global Partner Marketing team plays a crucial role in driving the success of our client's partner ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. In this specialist role, you will work closely with our partners to support co-marketing programs that generate demand, increase brand awareness, and accelerate pipeline growth. The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of partner marketing activities and will provide operational support for our Partner Marketing Managers.Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage marketing campaigns and programs that support our client's partner ecosystem vision, foster relationships with key partners, and support our client's growth goals
  • Collaborate across our client's sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing programs that align with the Global Partner Organization's business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on co-marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and execution
  • Coordinate and support partner involvement at events, trade shows, conferences, and webinar
  • Develop partner marketing content including but not limited to: co-branded assets, case studies, success stories, videos, podcasts,  social media activations, etc
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to recommend actionable insights to optimize partner marketing activities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, best practices, and areas for partner marketing improvements
General Qualifications/ Experience:
  • Experience creating co-marketing campaigns that support sales pipeline and revenue growth from demand generation through closed/won opportunities
  • Adept at content creation and PR
  • Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, including the ability to adapt as business priorities change
  • Strong track record of collaboration across functions and geographies
  • Ability to plan, manage, and execute several marketing programs simultaneously
  • Proficiency in developing and managing relationships with external marketing agencies, providing clear briefs, overseeing project execution, and evaluating performance to ensure optimal return on investment
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of regional languages is advantageous
  • Appreciates a collaborative and fun work environment
  • A passion for learning —unafraid to try new things, fail fast and course-correct
  • Data-driven and experimental in how you approach and measure your work
  • Travel 10-20% time
