- Build and manage marketing campaigns and programs that support our client's partner ecosystem vision, foster relationships with key partners, and support our client's growth goals
- Collaborate across our client's sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing programs that align with the Global Partner Organization's business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to partners on co-marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and execution
- Coordinate and support partner involvement at events, trade shows, conferences, and webinar
- Develop partner marketing content including but not limited to: co-branded assets, case studies, success stories, videos, podcasts, social media activations, etc
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to recommend actionable insights to optimize partner marketing activities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, best practices, and areas for partner marketing improvements
- Experience creating co-marketing campaigns that support sales pipeline and revenue growth from demand generation through closed/won opportunities
- Adept at content creation and PR
- Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, including the ability to adapt as business priorities change
- Strong track record of collaboration across functions and geographies
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute several marketing programs simultaneously
- Proficiency in developing and managing relationships with external marketing agencies, providing clear briefs, overseeing project execution, and evaluating performance to ensure optimal return on investment
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau
- Knowledge of regional languages is advantageous
