- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential clients in the e-commerce space.
- Approach and build relationships with businesses looking to grow through TikTok Shop marketing solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and effective delivery of services for new clients.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and developments to position the agency as an industry leader.
- Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
- Represent the agency at industry events, expanding its network and client base.
- Proven business development or sales experience in a relevant industry such as software, SaaS, digital marketing, or a marketing agency.
- A track record of successfully driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- £50k base + Commission (OTE Circa 100k)
