Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with a global asset servicing organisation, based in Central London, in the search for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Junior Intern. They are based in the financial district in Liverpool Street and offer hybrid working, 3 days per week on site and 2 remotely.
The Sales Enablement Intern will join the dynamic Sales and Business Support department and will be part of a team that is deeply involved in assessing growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales campaigns. This role is crucial for enhancing customer relations and boosting the marketing of their products and services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop product opportunity analysis including market analysis, competitor analysis, and revenue potential analysis.
- Assist in the creation of sales campaign templates for the products and services offered.
- Update KPIs and sales campaign reporting to track effectiveness and adjust as needed.
- Help prepare and deliver innovative training and coaching sessions for sales teams across different geographic zones.
- Update and improve marketing materials to better equip sales staff.
- Manage the ongoing execution and wrap-up of sales campaigns.
- Foster collaboration between product specialists, sales specialists, and marketing specialists to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
- Strong interest in finance or commerce, with any relevant experience being advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and summarise information effectively.
- Strong organisational and methodical skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French is highly desirable.
