About the Role:
  • Salesforce CRM expert specialising in back-end and front-end development.
  • Strong technical skills with a focus on process automation and data integrity.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Proactive and adaptable to evolving business needs and Salesforce updates.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions to support sales, marketing, product releases and customer service processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems, new products and processes.
  • Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support and automation with the growth of the business
  • Stay current with Salesforce best practices and new features.
 Ideal Candidate:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce management and Automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow
 Additional Notes:
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
