Role: Salesforce and Automation Specialist Industry: Private EquityLocation: Soho, London (Hybrid working)Reporting to: Managing PartnerContract: Contract basis and part-time hours (length and hours to be discussed)Salary: From £50,000pa (depending on experience) About the Company:

About the Role:

Salesforce CRM expert specialising in back-end and front-end development.
Strong technical skills with a focus on process automation and data integrity.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Proactive and adaptable to evolving business needs and Salesforce updates.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce solutions to support sales, marketing, product releases and customer service processes.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems, new products and processes.
Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide ongoing support and automation with the growth of the business
Stay current with Salesforce best practices and new features.

Ideal Candidate:

Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent)
Proven experience with Salesforce management and Automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organised
Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow

Additional Notes:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach.
