Description

Marketing Automation & Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with senior campaign managers to design and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, chatbot, social).
  • Streamline customer interactions and marketing workflows using advanced CRM and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead campaign reporting and performance analysis, providing actionable insights and innovative ideas for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Data team to integrate data across platforms, optimizing its use in campaigns and reporting.

Data Management

  • Support campaign managers in establishing reliable conversion tracking throughout the customer journey.
  • Assist in database segmentation and the development and updating of detailed customer personas.
  • Maintain a highly accurate and enriched lead database, partnering with the Marketing Operations team to ensure progress is monitored.
  • Improve customer data acquisition and management through strategic A/B testing, research, and best practice methods.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze marketing performance and ROI across various channels.
  • Oversee marketing data reporting using PowerBI, Salesforce Einstein, and Excel, regularly sharing KPI reports with stakeholders and offering actionable insights.
  • Develop interactive dashboards to monitor marketing campaigns, event performance, customer behaviors, database health, and customer feedback.

Data Privacy

  • Ensure that all marketing activities comply with data protocols.
  • Implement new data privacy policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Collaborate with the Group Privacy Manager to establish best practices in data capture.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM technology
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data analysis and skilled in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about uncovering insights through data analysis

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR
