Role Overview
The Digital Engagement Officer is responsible for spearheading online fundraising activities, enhancing the charity's digital reach to secure greater support. The role includes developing and executing campaigns, building meaningful connections with supporters, and improving strategies to boost results from digital platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital fundraising campaigns.
- Develop paid campaigns on the charity platforms
- Optimise donation platforms and landing pages.
- Collaborate with agencies to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Innovate strategies to acquire and retain digital supporters.
- Propose new fundraising campaigns and optimise the online shop.
- Enhance digital engagement and supporter journeys.
- Analyse campaign performance and audience data.
- Provide insights to optimise fundraising activities.
- Contribute to Individual Giving Programme and budget management.
- Track digital expenditures and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of digital fundraising and marketing tools.
- Experience in multi-channel campaigns and project management.
- Proficiency in Meta, PPC, and Google Analytics.
- Digital marketing qualification.
- Experience in animal welfare.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Wordpress, and analytics tools.
