My client is a luxury heritage fashion brand which combines timeless elegance with practicality. They are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to be based in London, managing the brands continued growth and expansion of online operations. You would work across ecommerce strategy with senior management, driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Senior Ecommerce Manager - The Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations
  • Monitor and analyse and report om website performance metrics, content, customer behaviour, and sales data
  • Work with the internal marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns, email marketing, social media and PPC.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates
  • Lead and mentor junior team members as the department grows.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Senior Ecommerce Manager - The Person

  • Working experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and web analytics
  • Confident working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Strong mentor and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make commercial decisions
  • Excellent communication skills
