This thriving digital growth agency are currently seeking a Senior Manager in Paid Search to join their brilliant team of marketers! As Senior Manager in Paid Search you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands.

As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with and lead top talent, and work for prestigious brands.

As a Senior Manager within the Paid Search team you’ll typically be the most senior person working on client engagements, developing strategic approach to testing, managing client relationships and coaching the team to continue to deliver great work.

Requirements of this Senior Manager in Paid Search:

  • Strong, hands-on experience managing large scale, complex paid search campaigns.
  • Strong technical expertise and experience, which will be essential with helping to lead a team of paid media specialists.
  • Great soft skills: highly client-facing.
  • An expert in client relationship ownership & development.
  • Highly skilled in strategic leadership & optimisation, adept at campaign and creative planning, testing, and execution across search channels, with a strong ability to optimise budgets, targeting, and tactics to exceed client objectives.
  • Experienced in developing market-leading Paid Search strategies, continuously refining approaches through testing, and transforming performance data into actionable insights.
  • A supportive and inspiring leader, dedicated to mentoring, coaching, and developing team members at all levels, fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • An interest and an understanding of other digital marketing areas, providing input in cross-channel strategies that include: Paid Social, Display, Mobile App Marketing, On-site experiences.
