Reed.co.uk is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their BI & Analytics team in Holborn, London.

Overview

If you're passionate about solving marketing problems, translating data into compelling stories, and delivering meaningful insights, this role is for you. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will provide intelligence and expert recommendations to the marketing team, enabling strategic decision-making.

You will own digital marketing analytics, delivering actionable insights to optimise performance and drive impact. Using web analytics and third-party data, you will enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.

This role involves collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data Science. You will engage with senior stakeholders and drive meaningful change across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the Analytics Subject Matter Expert for Digital, Brand, and CRM marketing.
  • Lead a team of Marketing Analysts to produce actionable insights.
  • Provide analysis on marketing performance, considering customer segmentation and ROI to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create data visualisations and KPI dashboards that simplify data for different audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external media agency partners.
  • Address marketing analytical queries, transforming data into meaningful stories with recommendations.
  • Research and implement new analytical techniques to advance data interrogation within the team.
  • Support the marketing data consolidation efforts, ensuring accurate and timely data to end-users

What You'll Need

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics across digital, brand, and CRM channels.
  • Proficiency in SQL and the ability to model/manipulate data
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker).
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Programmatic, and Paid Social).
  • Experience with ad trafficking, tracking mechanisms, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead projects and influence decisions.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring teams is a plus.
