We are working with a global investment management firm who are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Associate into one of their key brands. This role is based in London, with a hybrid working model.

Client Details

The client are global leaders in the investment management space who are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Associate into one of their core brands within the business. This role is based in their London team but with global responsibilities.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Associate role:

Act as a brand lead for their infrastructure brand, acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders involved with the brand (partners, investor relations, distribution, global channel)

  • Drive initiatives to develop and support brand positioning in the European and US markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and activities.
  • Support other brand leads as and when required

Channel marketing

  • Collaborate with the regional channel marketing managers to co-ordinate and execute their regional marketing strategies (content, emails, social, display, SEM, events and campaigns)
  • Deliver BAU marketing activities for the brand
  • Manage global partnerships and drive forward new initiatives in conjunction with channel to promote the brand
  • Collaborate with distribution, product, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, to maximise acquisition and retention of key clients.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Event support

  • Support Channel marketing managers ensuring correct implementation of bespoke events and support at third party conferences and roadshows in relation to the brand.
  • Assist with all event preparation, execution and follow up (e.g. marketing materials, ads, banners, merchandise, printing, on site logistics etc).
  • Assist in managing the event schedule in conjunction with the institutional sales channels to support our business development objectives.

Digital support

  • Manage and own the brand web content, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant to our audiences, and proactively provide ideas for improving content and functionality.
  • Assist in managing digital campaigns whilst utilising the specific skills of the digital team.
  • Support email campaigns and automated emails using Pardot and Stoneshot, in conjunction with the channel, and digital teams.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media activities on LinkedIn pertaining to the brand, ensuring posts are accurate and compliant.

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in marketing within the financial services (asset management, preferably in the institutional space) industry
  • Strong understanding of campaign management, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Proven ability to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within the agreed time frame.

Your skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands on approach, with a flexible and adaptable manner.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in infrastructure and knowledge of unlisted equities is preferable.
