What this role is all about:As a Senior Marketing Campaign Executive, you will support the delivery of successful brand and direct marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and response, contributing directly to the rapid growth of the direct marketing channels for the Vitality business.Key Actions
  • Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of multichannel ATL and Digital brand and acquisition campaigns.
  • Day to day administration of our multichannel brand and acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Develop and manage close working relationships with advertising and media agency to ensure expectations and deliverables are achieved.
  • Drive the development of cohesive integrated, marketing-wide campaigns by galvanising broader marketing teams around the launch of new brand campaigns to ensure coherent visuals and messaging.
  • Support the analysis of ATL campaign performance and the broader impact on paid and non-paid channels.
  • Work with internal design team and other specialist marketing teams to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Liaise with legal, compliance, product and sales teams to ensure all promotional material is compliant and fit for purpose.
  • Work closely with the Sponsorships team, supporting the delivery of brand-led content for the activation of sponsorships.
  • Proactively think ahead to suggest solutions to issues and potential opportunities.
  • Take a proactive interest in other brands’ campaigns, consumer trends, media & technology innovations.
What do you need to thrive?
  • Marketing or similar qualification.
  • 2-3 years experience as a Marketing Executive.
  • Intermediate using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
