- Delivering marketing campaigns on time and within budget
- Creating assets for use across various marketing channels including social media, websites and so forth
- Maintaining and building client relations with key partners, sponsors and exhibitors
- Briefing and co-ordinating suppliers including registration companies, designers, web companies, PR, media and PPC agencies.
- Working with Marketing Manager to fulfil scheduled print/online media activity and media partner and association agreements
- Creating and maintaining the website and social media, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and in the correct format, and search engine optimised
- Being involved in collateral, creative design process and copywriting
- Minimum 12 months of marketing experience
- Proven copywriting experience
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
