Description
- Develop and execute strategies for growing the company's online presence, including email marketing, content marketing, and outreach campaigns.
- Manage and expand the company's reach across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, working closely with the team to implement strategies and oversee content creation.
- Identify and target the right audience to share resources and engage prospects, including promoting free books to 1,000+ qualified leads annually.
- Build relationships with podcast hosts in the B2B SaaS and startup communities, securing high-impact podcast appearances and increasing visibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's founder community to 500+ engaged members by the end of the year.
- Analyse and optimise outreach efforts, experimenting with new tactics to drive growth and enhance community engagement.
- Collaborate with the founder and the team to refine strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to leverage new opportunities and maximise campaign impact.
Profile
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content, outreach, or community growth.
- Proven experience in securing podcast appearances, managing outreach campaigns, and growing communities.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with podcast hosts, prospects, and the wider community.
- Organised and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a remote, async-first environment.
- Creative and process-driven, with a passion for designing scalable marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by B2B SaaS founders and a deep understanding of their marketing needs.
