A leading property developer are looking for a senior marketing executive to join on a 12 month FTC. This is a mat cover position to join in May and work in 3 days a week in the office

Property Developer in London who are looking to hire a marketing executive

Description

  • Manage the content of Divisional web pages and property portal pages
  • Write fresh and engaging web, paid social and digital content, combining this with high quality imagery/video assets and content and ensuring compliance to Brand policy
  • Create engaging CRM emails and SMS
  • Utilise group systems and suppliers to book media and create collateral
  • Ensure media and creative costings are input and maintained on rolling divisional marketing plan
  • Assist in the analysing the performance of marketing activity
  • Attend weekly marketing call with the regional marketing team
  • Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist Marketing Manager in delivery of the divisional PR plan in conjunction with PR agency
  • Assist with the implementation of site marketing, including Show Home launches and events
  • Attend site visits as and when required to support performance.
  • Attend site visits as and when required to review marketing requirements.
  • Upload development specific video content to Youtube

Profile

  • Ideally a marketing qualification however, training will be provided
  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High level of IT literacy with ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systems
  • Strong copy writing and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with analytical capability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
  • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies

Job Offer
