- Working with another Senior Marketing Executive and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager to build engaging content and collaterals across various channels, from email campaigns and website copy to social media posts and brochures
- Encouraging experimentation with new trends and exploring innovative ways to tell the story
- Diving deep into the fascinating world of manufacturing, learning from industry leaders, and working with the Marketing and Editorial teams, combining research skills to craft informative content
- Owning the development of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok) from content planning, scheduling, creating post visuals and captions to growing page followers and post engagements, analysing growth, and finding areas for further improvements
- Leveraging a smart and automated CRM system to optimise daily work for building targeted email campaigns, managing databases, designing landing pages, and lead-gen forms, with training provided for smooth onboarding if no prior experience with the platform
- Liaising with sponsors and partners to own a campaign as a project manager, managing marketing deliverables from start to finish, including campaign planning based on clients’ objectives, setting up promotions, reviewing and optimising, and reporting at the end of the campaign
- Using WordPress and other CMS platforms to maintain event and media websites, ensuring all information is up to date
- Managing the network of suppliers (web agencies, designers, software providers, etc.) to ensure they deliver services as per the contracts, and finding new media/event partners to increase brand awareness, broaden campaign reach, and collect new data
- 2-3 years’ experience in relevant fields (Marketing, Communications, Journalism)
- Passionate about business and marketing, with a deep understanding of its role in business growth
- Strong content marketing skills, with the ability to craft engaging stories and copy
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and adaptability to brand voice
- Comfortable with social media platforms, HTML builders, and learning new marketing systems
- Proactive, results-oriented, team player with a go-getter attitude and willingness to take on challenges
