We have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Marketing Assistant to help us build new readers, working on our education resources and international Book Clubs. This is a busy role for an energetic marketer, offering lots of scope to help support the team on comprehensive plans targeting schools and parents.

As Senior Schools Marketing Assistant you’ll support the team with day to day requirements but also have the opportunity to help formulate marketing initiatives and campaigns that reach educators both in the UK and in territories where we operate our International Book Club. You’ll work with managers to develop and execute focused marketing plans and roll them out for key Education products and international Book Club offers, working across email, organic, social, print, advertising and website.

We’re looking for someone that is numerate and has excellent written and oral communications skills. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and will be comfortable crafting creative content, segmenting and marketing to various audiences and analysing results to achieve the best outcomes. The ability to work collaboratively across teams, and manage a busy and varied workload is key. This is an exciting new opportunity for a junior marketeer with an interest in Education looking to take on their next challenge.

The role offers flexible, hybrid working with an expectation to work out of the company's central London office on the banks of The Thames, at least 2 days per week.
