Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to join a driven and dynamic team for a leading Interior Design studio in SW London. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, public relations, and events with the ability to develop innovative content strategies that resonate with the target demographic.

Duties Include- Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team, Business Development, and the Head of Studio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives- Design, oversee, collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. From concept to completion (email, social, paid media, newsletter etc.)- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and strategy development, ensuring the team produces high-quality content and campaigns- Monitor the performance of social media channels, using analytics to measure success, grow followers and identify areas for improvement (e.g., Google Analytics)- Report closely with the Head of Studio to align social media and marketing initiatives with the studio’s broader objectives- Respond to any public relations issues on social media, coordinating with the PR team as necessary- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the brand adopts best practices and leverages emerging platforms and tools- Maintain a strong organisational presence across events and delegating to team members where required

Qualifications- Proven experience in creating and managing social media strategies, working with a marketing executive to execute these, 4+ years minimum- Knowledge of social media apps, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest-Minimum 3+ years’ experience in managing multi-brand accounts- Preferable bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar in social media relevant fields- Line management of junior team members- Passion, drive and flair for design and a capacity for innovation and forward thinking to deliver exceptional results.
