Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist / Analyst, you'll be an important part of a team responsible for shaping a global brand's voice in organic search, reaching billions of people worldwide. The SEO presence is an extension of the brand's marketing efforts, requiring a high level of quality and impact.



Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Research search trends and user behaviour to inform strategies.
  • Generate insights through competitive analysis and data interpretation.
  • Prepare detailed SEO performance reports (weekly and quarterly).
  • Conduct keyword research to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot SEO tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives.
  • Conduct technical audits and post-launch reviews.


Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in an SEO Specialist / Analyst role for a global brand or digital agency.
  • Proven expertise in SEO analysis and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, seoClarity, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SEO.
  • Background in technology and/or e-commerce industries.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in German and/or French languages is a plus.
