This role is a combination of two key elements: Customer care skills and Marketing . Your aim is to ensure that you truly understand what the clients need and then create tailored digital marketing campaigns with these needs in mind
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success there are 4 parts to this role
1)Customer Success: Engage & Assist
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with campaign performance feedback and results
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of client marketing campaigns, newsletters, virtual events
- Liaise with the team internally to ensure that marketing campaigns are running smoothly
2) Digital Marketing : Create and execute
- Help to create engaging email marketing and display ads campaigns.
- Organise and coordinate virtual events: help with promotional activities prior to the virtual event,
- Upload booth content to the event website
- Host webinars when necessary.
- Uploading content to the company website
- Undertake content improvements, sourcing new content, backlink building and undertake occasional translations.
- Keep social media accounts active (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube)
- Assist in the creation of an editorial calendar.
- Create and send Email marketing campaigns and newsletter
- Develop partnerships with key associations, charities and other industry bodies
- Executing digital marketing campaigns on Facebook Ads to drive leads and newsletter sign-ups
3)General administration: Keep it all running smoothly
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Provide reports/metrics to clients on their campaign performance
- Manage and host virtual events and webinars as well as maintain webinar calendar and other digital events
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish to native standard ( other languages are an asset )
- 1-2 years digital marketing experience
- Excellent copy writing skills in English
- Hands on experience in managing Facebook, Google ads campaigns etc
