Sponsorship Sales Executive - B2B Sponsorship & Exhibitions Sales

Base Salary £35-40K+OTE £50-55K (uncapped Commission) + Benefits

Central London based, Hybrid Working + Travel

Permanent, Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm

I have a NEWSponsorship Sales position with a respected international B2B Event company, selling Sponsorship packages and Exhibition space for one of their most prestigious large scale events.

For this role, we are looking for a bright and driven Graduate with around 1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in a technical industry: Tech, Telecoms, Engineering etc….

You must be certain you can sell and confident you can:

  • Create your own sales strategy with a clear route to reach your sales target - there are a lot of high profile clients on the target list so lots of business to go after!
  • Be confident and proactive when prospecting senior decision makers in top blue chip companies, maximising all opportunities.
  • Get lots of relevant meetings booked into your diary
  • Maximise all the warm leads shared your way and make use of all the internal resources available.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry; its challenges, innovators and 'who's who'
  • Turn new business into key accounts that you can grow year-on-year
  • Work as part of an engaged and ambitious events team, be a reliable team player who can successfully deliver individual tasks/responsibilities
