THE COMPANY
This health and beauty retailer is rapidly growing and is expanding in the Customer Digital Analytics!
THE ROLE
You'll analyze the onsite customer journey, provide key insights to the wider business, and identify new growth opportunities. Your role will involve tracking performance, segmenting customer audiences, and reporting on product categories, sales, and transactions. As the go-to GA4 specialist, you'll ensure accurate data tracking and deliver meaningful insights to drive business decisions.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Google Analytics 4 - you must be confident in the tool as you'll be acting as an SME on the tool for the entire business
- Strong use of SQL (ideally with BigQuery)
- Data visualisation - can be any tool e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc
- Strong stakeholder engagement, confident, has provided insights andrecommendations
- Curious and commercial mindset
- Someone who's interested in the wider eCommerce industry - the team serves different business units, so there's different markets/dynamics to keep on top of
Nice to haves:
- App experience
- Retail/eCommerce experience
