About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join our client's Team on a temporary basis. This role will play a crucial part in supporting marketing efforts, with a focus on content creation, campaign execution, and improving internal organisation. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of marketing experience, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to liaise with teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation
- Write, edit, and publish case studies to showcase the company's expertise and support client acquisition.
- Assist in creating high-quality content for email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts.
- Campaign Execution
- Execute email campaigns based on provided concepts, using platforms like HubSpot.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and optimised results.
- Administrative Organisation
- Maintain and enhance marketing materials and assets, ensuring they are accessible and well-organised.
- Keep reference documents, such as case study indexes, up to date and follow up with team members to gather new information.
- Event Administration
- Support the organisation of events by managing administrative tasks such as schedules, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
About YouWe're looking for someone with:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing role or similar.
- Experience with email platforms (e.g., HubSpot), website backends, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A confident, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Basic PowerPoint knowledge (training will be provided if needed).
- Initiative to propose improvements to existing processes and systems.
