- Craft and execute cutting-edge marketing campaigns that speak directly to our target audiences
- Lead the full campaign process from briefing and copywriting to proofreading and delivery
- Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching collateral and other marketing assets
- Manage multiple campaign channels-web, social media, email, and events
- Oversee the timely delivery of all campaign activities while keeping everything on track
- Work closely with sales teams to gather customer feedback and enhance sales collateral
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future initiatives

- Proven B2B marketing experience with a track record of driving success
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and how to apply them strategically
- Experience working with sales teams to hit and exceed growth targets
- Ownership mindset-you thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Creativity to develop targeted, engaging digital campaigns that drive action
- Strong analytical skills-you'll be comfortable optimising performance through data
- Experience with A/B testing or multivariate experiments
