An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Labour Manager to join the Fawkes & Reece Group.

Key Responsibilities:
* Map out contacts, projects and identify the best way of making the account work.
* Link with credit control, compliance and payroll.
* Onboard the consultants across the group with process and support day to day.
* In collaboration with the leadership team, nominate the consultants across each region who
will look after the relevant account. Pinpointing where there's cover and where there's not.
Providing visibility on hires against secured demand.
* Support the leadership team to maximise the opportunity with each account to grow
revenue.
* Help to prioritise the scalable accounts and safest revenue opportunities.
* Offer one point of contact to key accounts and centrally coordinate activity, in order; to
build rapport, Consistency and increase vacancy and revenue opportunity.
* Manage audits with Compliance and Stakeholders
* Train new consultants and existing on process, helping to maximise return and identity the
opportunity.
* Provide customer with updates. Reports and intel to promote the brand.
* Upon us winning new accounts, take primary lead on onboarding account, mobilising and
managing smooth and efficient launch.

Ideal candidate:
* Relevant construction industry experience
* Experience managing key accounts
* Recruitment background desirable but not essential
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction sector
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Driving licence desirable but not essential
