Position: Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) | Building Maintenance
Location: City of London
Salary: £51,500

Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (7AM - 7PM & 7PM -7AM )
Sector: Building Services & Maintenance

Qualifications: Must be electrically qualified.
Experience: Proven track record in building services and critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Oversee generators and plant rooms
  • Maintain AHUs and FCUs

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required)
  • HVAP (Desired but not essential)
  • 3+ years of experience in Building Services and critical environments
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities
