Shift Engineer - 47,000 - 50,000 - Oxford Circus
I am currently looking to speak to Shift Engineers for a Large corporate office based near Oxford Circus. The need is for an Electrical Shift Engineer to come and join a 4 person shift team, and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance and building services.

As a Shift Engineer you will be required to work a Days Only Continental Shift pattern, 7am-7pm,
Day to Day Duties;
- PPM, reactive maintenance
- Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
- Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
- Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
- Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
- Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
- Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
- Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters
All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealingwith all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come form a strong maintenancebackground and have the ability to deal with a fast paced commercial environment.
Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have;
- With at least 3 years experience in building services
- Core qualificationsare key in this role the minimumrequirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
