Main Duties and Responsibilities

Looking for someone that is truthful, reliable, demonstrates patience, understanding and awareness of issues around children having extreme emotional behaviour disabilities, special needs and who are on the autistic spectrum or undiagnosed.'

The Successful Candidate for the role:A minimum NVQ LEVEL 2 Children and CYP and 1 year experience working in a residential children or young people setting and be willing to work supporting children with extreme challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues. The ability to keep calm under pressure.
