Job Description:
- Lead and deliver exceptional care in our Stroke Rehabilitation unit within an Independent Hospital setting.
- Provide specialized nursing expertise for patients undergoing stroke recovery, ensuring tailored care plans and continuous support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the Medical Ward.
- Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, adhering to clinical protocols and best practices in stroke rehabilitation.
- Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest advancements in stroke care and medical practices.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing qualifications and relevant experience in stroke rehabilitation.
- Proven experience in a similar senior nursing role, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to coordinate care effectively.
- Sound clinical knowledge and expertise in stroke rehabilitation practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexibly within a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Valid nursing license and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
