- Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance as needed at customers sites, including doing fault finding exercises, testing and repair work of various systems including Split, CRAC and VRV
- Supporting the team with air conditioning matters as needed
- Closing and updating PPM tasks on the systems as they are completed
- Coordinating specialist sub-contractor requirements for reactive and PPM work
- Maintaining quality assurance standards, and following health and safety rules and regulations at all times
- Taking part in the call out rota as required
- On occasion, undertaking work at heights (scaffolding, platforms or ladders etc)
