We have an opportunity for a AC Engineer to work for a great FM company in London.Our client looks after various commercial sites across London and needs a strong Building services engineer to assist with daily maintenance. You will be given a van with fuel card and travel around the London areas.

Responsibilities for the AC engineer

Maintenance work on commercial sites
PPM and reactive work on Air con systems
Work on FCU and AHU
Lighting checks
Plumbing works
Repairs

Level 3 AC City & Guilds or equivalent
