Your new role
- Working in a mobile role you will cover a portfolio of commercial offices across London
- Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs
- General building services duties as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
- Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent in A/C & Refrigeration
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
