Our client is a leading HVAC contractor who specialise in the service and maintenance of heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration throughout London and home counties. Due to a tremendous period of growth, they are looking for an Air Conditioning and Ventilation Engineer to join their team!
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be servicing and maintaining air conditioning & ventilation systems, AHU's and chillers within commercial properties throughout London and Home Counties.
Air Conditioning Engineer Salary & Benefits- Salary £43,000 - £46,000 DOE
- Company Van and fuel card
- Door to door pay
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension
- Overtime available
- 40 hours per week
- Call out 1 in 10 - Standby rate for being on call
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on a range of air conditioning and ventilation equipment including chillers and air handling units and their associated components.
- Identifying and reporting on potential equipment failures and issues.
- Diagnosing the root cause of equipment failures and providing a solution for effective repair, including specifying the components needed.
- F-Gas
- Live within the M25
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
