Our client is a leading HVAC contractor who specialise in the service and maintenance of heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration throughout London and home counties. Due to a tremendous period of growth, they are looking for an Air Conditioning and Ventilation Engineer to join their team!

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be servicing and maintaining air conditioning & ventilation systems, AHU's and chillers within commercial properties throughout London and Home Counties.

• Salary 43,000 - 46,000 DOE
• Company Van and fuel card
• Door to door pay
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension
• Overtime available
• 40 hours per week
• Call out 1 in 10 - Standby rate for being on call

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on a range of air conditioning and ventilation equipment including chillers and air handling units and their associated components.
• Identifying and reporting on potential equipment failures and issues.
• Diagnosing the root cause of equipment failures and providing a solution for effective repair, including specifying the components needed.

• F-Gas
• Live within the M25
• Proven experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Full UK Driving Licence
