Critical AC Maintenance Engineer – London
Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: £49,000 - £51,000  + Overtime & Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm (with occasional call-outs)
Contract Type: Permanent

We are eager to speak to AC Maintenance Engineer who are looking to jump into or develop within the extremely rewarding and renowned data centre FM sector.

Our market leading client is client searching for a AC Maintenance Engineer for one of their most prestigious critical environments in their portfolio located in Canary Wharf surrounded by luxury, great transport links and including immense career development potential!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers and CRAC / CRAH units
  • Diagnose and repair faults in ventilation and air conditioning equipment within a critical environment
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Requirements:

  •  NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
  •  F-Gas Category 1 certification
  • Experienced with Down-flow Units in (prefereably Stulz but not essential)
  • Proven experience in commercial AC maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
