Title: Air Tightness Consultant

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
We are looking for an air tightness consultant to join a consultancy in London. The consultancy provides a wide range of building inspection services for residential and commercial properties. As an air tightness consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the building process, with a focus on eco-friendly and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with British standards and building regulations.
Key responsibilities for this role include engaging with construction site teams, analysing test results, conducting pre-test audits, communicating with clients and site agents, generating compliance reports, identifying building design issues, and providing remedial advice if necessary.
Package for Air Tightness Consultant:

To be considered for this Air Tightness Consultant position, candidates need to be certified by ATTMA for both Level 1 and 2, have experience in writing technical reports, conducting various onsite tests, and be based in or near the London office.
