We are looking for an Air Tightness Consultant to join one of the UK's leading consultancies. They help clients remain compliant with UK building regulations and legislation by offering expert guidance from their team of specialist consultants. The consultancy provides a wide range of inspection services throughout the building process to ensure compliance with British standards for both residential and commercial properties.

The primary responsibilities of the Air Tightness Consultant position include conducting pre-test inspections to provide cost estimates, reporting the necessary work to ensure that all required equipment is brought to the site, engaging with key stakeholders to ensure smooth onsite work, writing informative technical reports, addressing building issues to ensure compliance, and providing measurable and actionable remedial advice.

Candidates for the Air Tightness Consultant position should have extensive experience in the Air Tightness sector and hold ATTMA certifications at level 1. It is essential for the candidate to be local to or able to commute to the London office.
