An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Partner - Mechanical Engineer to join a leading, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with over 1,000 employees and more than 70 years of industry expertise. With ambitious plans to double its headcount over the next two years, this company offers the unique chance to play a critical role in its continued growth. As part of a smaller, collaborative team, you will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you'll take on leadership responsibilities and drive projects forward with significant autonomy.

The company delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education. They are also expanding rapidly into mission-critical and life sciences sectors, offering you the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile, complex projects. You'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative engineering solutions while taking ownership of multiple projects.
