We are looking for a skilled BMS Engineer to join theteam, working primarily on Trend and Tridium systems. Based in East London, you will be responsible for conducting planned maintenance, servicing, and implementing small works for their clients across various sites.
Key Responsibilities of this role to include:
- Conducting planned and preventative maintenance on Trend and Tridium BMS systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing system faults to ensure seamless BMS operations.
- Implementing small works and minor upgrades to improve system functionality.
- Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Building positive relationships with clients, providing support and advice as needed.
The ideal applicant will possess;
- Proven experience working with Trend and Tridium BMS systems.
- Strong understanding of BMS controls.
- Skilled in fault finding, service, and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
The successful applicant can expect to receive;
