Location: West LondonSalary: £50,000 + Overtime + On call (1 in 4)Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems within our facilities. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring all mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and contractors.

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and boilers.

• Diagnose mechanical faults and oversee necessary repairs and replacements.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and inventory.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and disruptions.

• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source necessary equipment and materials.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

• Proven experience in a similar mechanical lead/supervisory role.

• Relevant technical qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
